Important Information for Prospective Buyers

Thinking of buying in Brookfield?

 

Please review the below information before you purchase a home in the community. 

No commercial vehicles are permitted on site. If you have a commercial vehicle that you use for work or otherwise you are not permitted to keep it on Brookfield property.

The RV parking lot spaces are for residents only. The spaces must be requested from management and are assigned once approved. You may not park in the RV lot without permission and may not use this lot for storage. 

Please review all rules and regulations and Governing Documents prior to purchasing a home in the Brookfield community.

Association Fees

The association fee is $2,220.00 per year payable monthly at $185.00 per month. Statements are mailed on or about the first of the month of each quarter, and payment must be received by the end of that month. Fees not paid by the end of the statement month incur a 1% finance charge on the unpaid balance plus $25.00.

The annual Common Expense Assessments include all street lighting; refuse collection; snow clearing on common sidewalks, walkways and parking areas; landscaping of Common Elements; maintenance, repair & replacement of the Common Elements or other improvements on the Property including any roadways that have not been accepted by the Township of White. Maintenance, repair and replacement of all fences and walls within the Condominium installed by the developer, insurance premiums; all costs and expenses incidental to the operation and administration of the Condo Association; and such other items that may from time to time be deemed appropriate by the Board. 

Modification Application

Please note that any exterior changes must be approved by the Board. Please refer to the application for modification for an outline of what needs to be sumbitted.
